REV TECH 隐私政策

1. 蓝牙和本机数据

连接兼容滑板或保护板时，应用通过蓝牙读取设备标识、固件、控制器设置、速度、电压、电流、电量和温度等信息。车辆绑定、自定义名称、设置、配置备份、能耗采样和骑行记录保存在使用应用的设备上。应用不要求注册 REV TECH 账号，不向 REV TECH 服务器自动上传完整骑行轨迹或车辆遥测。系统备份可能按你的 Apple 设备设置处理应用数据。

2. 定位和骑行记录

经你授权后，应用为记录路线处理精确位置及时间。骑行记录期间，在系统许可范围内可继续后台定位；结束记录或关闭定位后停止。你可以在系统设置中撤销权限，撤销后相关路线功能不可用。手表可直接连接滑板并记录骑行。导出或分享记录由你主动发起，接收方及其数据处理由你选择。

3. 第三方地图和地区查询

手机端可使用高德地图、Google Maps 和 Geoapify/OpenStreetMap，手表地图使用 Apple MapKit。手机地图服务按应用内选择和授权启用；自动地区查询使用 Apple 地理编码服务。加载地图会向服务商请求地图区域，地图区域及网络地址可能反映位置；绘制路线不意味着地图服务商不会收到地图区域相关请求。

• 高德地图及基础 SDK：用于地图显示，SDK 隐私清单披露精确位置用于应用功能、用户标识和产品交互用于分析，均声明不用于跨应用追踪、不与身份关联。服务商可能处理网络、设备和应用信息，详见高德隐私政策。
• Google Maps SDK：用于地图显示。随应用打包的 SDK 隐私清单披露设备标识用于功能和分析、其他数据用于分析（可与身份关联）；产品交互、崩溃和性能数据用于分析（不与身份关联），不用于追踪。详见Google 隐私政策及SDK 隐私说明。
• Geoapify/OpenStreetMap：用于备用地图，地图请求可能包含地图区域、IP 地址及客户端信息。详见Geoapify 隐私政策。
• Apple：提供系统定位、地区查询和手表地图服务，其数据处理见Apple 隐私政策。

应用没有广告追踪功能。第三方服务可能在其服务运营所在地区处理数据；具体保存期限、接收方及保护措施以对应服务商的政策为准。我们不会把本地轨迹出售给广告商。

4. 保存、删除和选择

你可以在应用中删除骑行记录、移除滑板、解绑保护板及清除能耗采样；手机端“关于与隐私”可停用相应地图服务。删除应用会删除该设备上的应用本地数据，但不会自动删除你已导出、分享或备份的副本。地图服务商保存的数据按其政策处理。对于我们实际持有的支持邮件或你主动提供的信息，可通过联系邮箱提出访问、更正或删除请求；我们可能要求提供完成请求所必需的身份核实信息。

5. 联系支持、未成年人和政策更新

联系支持时，我们会处理你主动提供的邮箱、问题描述和附件，以响应请求；请避免发送不必要的密码或完整私人轨迹。本应用不是面向儿童设计的服务，也没有儿童账号系统。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用兼容硬件。重大数据处理变化会通过更新本政策及适用的应用内提示告知；需要时会重新征求授权。

REV TECH Privacy Policy

Operator: Jiaxing Ruiaifu Technology Co., Ltd. Contact: support@revskateboard.com. This policy concerns the apps, not purchases on our online store.

1. Bluetooth and local data

The app reads identifiers, firmware, controller settings, speed, voltage, current, battery and temperature data from compatible boards and battery management systems over Bluetooth. Saved vehicles, custom names, preferences, configuration backups, energy samples and ride records remain on the device running the app. No REV TECH account is required. The app does not automatically upload complete routes or vehicle telemetry to REV TECH servers. System backups may process app data according to your Apple device settings.

2. Location and routes

With permission, precise location and timestamps are used to record rides. Location recording may continue in the background as permitted by the operating system and stops when recording or location is disabled. You can revoke location access in system settings. Apple Watch can connect directly to a board and record rides. Exporting and sharing are initiated by you; you choose the recipients.

3. Map providers

iPhone supports AMap, Google Maps and Geoapify/OpenStreetMap. Apple Watch uses Apple MapKit. Phone map services are enabled according to your selections and consent; optional region lookup uses Apple geocoding. Map requests disclose viewed regions and network information that may reveal location, even when route overlays are drawn locally.

• AMap map and foundation SDK manifests disclose precise location for app functionality, and user identifiers and product interaction for analytics, not linked to identity or used for tracking. See the AMap privacy policy for network, device and application data processing.
• The bundled Google Maps SDK manifest discloses device identifiers for functionality and analytics, and other data for analytics, linked to identity; product interaction, crash and performance data for analytics, not linked to identity. None is declared for tracking. See Google's policy and SDK disclosures.
• Geoapify requests may include viewed map regions, IP addresses and client information. See Geoapify's policy.
• Apple provides system location, region lookup and watch maps under Apple's policy.

The app has no advertising tracking feature. Providers may process information in countries where they operate; their policies govern retention and safeguards. We do not sell your local ride routes to advertisers.

4. Retention, deletion and choices

Delete rides, remove saved boards, unbind battery systems and clear energy samples in the app. Phone map services can be disabled in About & privacy. Uninstalling removes local app data on that device but does not automatically delete exported, shared or backed-up copies. Provider-held data is governed by provider policies. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence or other information we actually hold; proportionate identity verification may be required.

5. Support and updates

When you contact support, we process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to respond. Do not send unnecessary passwords or private routes. The app is not designed for children and provides no child account system. Minors should use compatible hardware with guardian guidance. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and applicable in-app notices, with renewed consent where required.
