Express Delivery within 10 business days, depending on the specific location.
Ship by sea around 40 business days, depending on the specific location.
Retail products are shipped directly from our central warehouse at the origin via express delivery. Bulk reservation or large quantities of electric skateboards are regularly shipped to our US and EU warehouses.
Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping address and delivery date with the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Tracking Update: Please note, as the mainboards include batteries, tracking updates will only be available once they clear customs in the United States and are picked up by a local delivery service (e.g., UPS/DHL/FEDEX/DPD). Customers do not need to pay taxes for the mainboard. However, if accessories are purchased, customs duties may apply depending on the policies of the destination country/region.
Multiple Items in One Order:
We aim to ensure that all your items arrive simultaneously. However, some products may ship separately due to varying shipping methods based on the product type. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details for each shipment.
